We can't even begin to tell you how excited we are to be living in Columbus and spreading the word about just how fantastic a town it is.This is a place we’ve loved for a long time--we both attended Mt. Vernon Nazarene University nearby and spent many free weekends getting to know our way around town. When we had a chance to move here and launch Housetrends, we jumped at it.
We want to be two of Columbus’ biggest boosters by promoting all the talent and creativity this city has to offer in the areas of landscaping, building, remodeling and designing homes. We hope to educate area homeowners on everything our city has to offer and be the number one resource to consult when you are deciding to expand or improve your home.
Our roots are growing deeper here every day. Cara is happy teaching fifth grade at Dublin City Schools and we recently became parents to twin sons, Braden and Connor. In the little bit of spare time we have, Steve loves to spend an occasional Saturday afternoon walking the fairways of one of Central Ohio’s great golf courses, while Cara spends an afternoon shopping at Easton Towne Center with friends. We attend LifePoint Church in Hilliard and are very involved with the National Association of the Remodeling Industry, Building Industry Association, and Columbus Aids Taskforce.
